PinnaPetta is offered by NOTWMS LLC for a single payment of $19.99 USD. There is no subscription. All future PinnaPetta updates are included.

One Mac, with transfers

Your license authorizes one Mac at a time. Deactivate it in Settings → License before activating another Mac, or use email recovery if your old Mac is unavailable. An old Mac may remain authorized offline until its existing allowance expires, up to 30 days.

Activation and offline use

Enter your license key once during onboarding. No account or password is required. The app stores authorization in Keychain and refreshes it automatically. Connect at least once every 30 days; if authorization expires, reconnect to resume. Your files remain yours and are never uploaded for conversion.

Refunds

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@pinnapetta.com from your purchase email, with your receipt reference. Refunded licenses are revoked; existing offline authorization may remain valid until it expires. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Compatibility and downloads

PinnaPetta requires macOS 14 or later on an Intel or Apple Silicon Mac. Format support depends on the source file and selected operation. Link downloads require an internet connection and access to the source platform; availability can change. Download only material you are authorized to save.

Your files

Conversion creates new output files. Keep backups of important originals and review results before deleting them. PinnaPetta does not guarantee that every file, codec or third-party platform will remain supported.
